The Chinon CA4 was sold in Germany rebranded by Foto-Quelle ("Revue") and used the standard PK mount.
I used slide copiers and some other equipment sold for these cameras with my Pentax ME Super.
So you should be able to use the lenses of your Chinon with ANY Pentax DSLR.
Of course with manual focusing and stop-down metering.
EDIT:
You probably know that all Pentax DSLRs (except the full frame K-1) use the APS-C sized sensor.
That means any of your lenses will now show an angle of view a lens with 1.5x the focal length would have shown with your Chinon.
