I just bought a *ist DS today. The Pentax Forums click counter says that it's at 7450.
I just updated the firmware to the latest. It now can read a 16 Gig SD card, but not a 64.

K100D super, fa77/1.8

Cropped just a little , and changed to monochrome.

I find the 77 , though it can produce great /depth , ( and, maybe a little of the 3d magic , sometimes ) images . A little bit ( for me ) an awkward focal length .

I think it would be best on a full frame .

I use it for a while , then put on a shorter or longer lens ...

Pentax *istDS with the latest Bios can handle up to 32G SD.

Seems like this thread is getting slightly less traffic since CCD thread was opened. Is it an bad thing? Not necessarily.

K110D with Panagor 80-200mm 4.5, lens has one meter minimum focus distance which makes it more suitable for flowers than some other telephotos. Flower pictured is an large Malva sylvestris

I kinda don’t like this lens ... every time , I put it back in its bag.. it’s un-in-awe-spiring..

Cropped , a lot , woodthrush..

I hear , but rarely see one.
