Thanks.

I don't seem to use either of them much anymore, but cannot bring myself to part with them either.

Only the march of time is against them
I think the 12 - 24 can be used on FF from about 18 or so but know idea about vignetteing.
I don't have K1 so can't check,it would not worry me anyway I.crop photos all the time in post-processing.

Taken by the new to me 1stDL 2 and Pentax DA 50-200mm.
If I were new to digital SLR's and bought this combination I would have been well pleased with it. As it is I bought the K100D Super which feels like quite an upgrade, mostly because of the SR.
The colours! S.O.O.C. jpeg.

Looking through the archives again, here are two of the same scene taken on the same day with a K100Dsuper and sigma 17-70.
The first in morning fog, and the second in the afternoon sun..

I took my Kominie made Vivitar 28mm F2.8 out for the first time in a while to check out my camera metering as I had a problem with a Tokina SL28mm F2.8. In conjunction with my *1st DL2 I took this after noticing a bug. After loading it up on my screen I saw another much smaller bug! While not a macro lens being able to get close with this 28mm is good, especially when the colours from the 6mp sensor are so good too.
S.O.O.C. jpeg, looks better with some sharpening but I seldom use PP and never sharpening for some reason.
