Those crickets is a variety that was imported (¿climate change?) from the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. When I have seen workers harvest them from my "infested" front garden and later found out that they eat them, I could no longer spray my plants.... I killed the plague by stepping one by one. Dunno... maybe someday I dare to eat one of those

What people don't eat?is it even delicious? but my experience is that there is nothing better than properly cooked beef.

What I like the most of those 6MP Cameras (I own D, DS and DS2): NOT need for focus correction with Manual/Vintage Lens. That small focus calibration is a MUST in the SR cameras (K10D, KX, K5II,K30, K50,K3II)
The image "quality" could be equalize in Post Processing to mimic the CCD sensor charm from any CMOS sensor, so no gain here but time.
Old Hoobie: If You shoted in film You could remember that there was a "blind" expectation between the moment you load the filrm, take the picture, rewind the roll and get the developed prints in yours hands just to find a Joy or an "oportunity to learn from mistakes" ha ha
With an 1.8 inches Camera Screen We need to wait to get the photos displayed in a large monitor to get that Joy of a nice shot or garbage: meaning Nostalgia.
Regarding the correction of the lens. Interesting observation. When I bought a camera, I was ready for autofocus problems, but it turned out that my worries were in vain, everything just worked. Amazing Of course, this may be due to the fact that the camera has 6000 shutter releases. I still have K7, with its auto focus, I still couldn’t make friends.

I think that the sensor in SR bodies comes WELL pre-adjusted and only a few miss the QC.
Any way, the out of focus is NOT evident until several manual shots being soft, My K10D and K5II needed a light adjust, something easy to accomplish by the way, but required.

By the way, I found this method very useful:
Autofocus Issues
