I have an istD that has been sitting in my bag unused for years. Probably has less than 5,000 shutter releases. Pulled it out the other day to see if it would work. With new batteries, and formatting the card, i get weird photos. Like they are just a solid photo of weird colors. Is the card bad? Or is the camera bad? I hate to buy a new card if the camera is bad.

someone on here must know. but , you only have one card to try ? does the card work in another camera ?

i used to take pics of things that reminded me of faces, after a while there are faces everywhere.....

Thank you mirceattl. It's in the harbour area, the windows belong to the office block of a concrete trading company.
