how would i make the deer prints show up more, maybe i can't ... take other shots maybe.
Deer tracks to show up more! Maybe later in the day to get shadows or perhaps flash shallow to do similar. Guess snow is pretty hard to image this way anyway. Anyone else?

Those freezing temperatures in Texas hit the news even here in Europe! Nice henbit shot.

Here's a proof on winter ending, taken today with K100D + Sigma 28-300.

My family back there tell me it's finally thawing out. But the problem now is the empty shelves at the grocery store. Food and water are flying off the shelves. Love your ice shot, btw!

@glinda - - Try taking photos from different angles, and at different times of day. Early morning or late afternoon light would help show the tracks, imo.

Broom shrub already? Here it turns yellow more like in April!
Hopefully the missing grocery supplies will be replenished soon.

Here's more colours from yesterday. That field was under snow just a couple of days ago. Again K100D + Sigma 28-300 (125mm, f/10)

Well, for the evidence image can be sharp, but before the actual Bigfoot shot remember to put the B(lurry)S(hot) -filter on...

Hi,
I'm an new member of the club- didn't know there was a "Six-Megapixel Club" till just now.
Bought an old ist-DS a month or so back, just for the TTL metering so I'd have an excuse to use my AF 400T handle flash!

I've just started organizing my pictures by camera, so will have to wait a bit to post some results.

Funnily enough I have a 280T I've only used a couple of times on my K5 a few years ago. While this wasn't the reason I bought this camera I have been using a little Godox more recently with my KP, and did think this might be good to fire up with the *istD S. Looking forward to your pics ;

Some Mangroves along the river between showers, Pentax *istD S & Auto-Promura C.P. Hi-Lux 20mm f2.8. I'm no fan of muddy water but like the reflections of the foliage lining the river. I've had this lens for years now, and not used it much. Looking at these pics it might be a bit decentered - never noticed before;

Maybe just a bit on the left side? Looks good otherwise. I've got an early Super Tak 28 that's a bit off on the right side. I really love the lens otherwise - but I have so many 28s I hesitate to get it repaired.

Cheers Paul - I'll keep using it for all it's other good qualities, just staying mindful when I take it out. I do have several others in this focal length also....

A gum tree in late light out my back door as a storm builds from the south west. The rain's just starting now a bit over an hour later. Pentax *istD S & a recently arrived Koboron 70 - 200mm f4.5 - 5.6;
