Shooting some pictures for our website with my Oly M4/3 camera. Decided to see what the K100D Super with the 18-55mm kit lens could do. Took a shot of this plate.
Was actually surprised, the jpeg straight out of the camera was very nice, really didn't need any editing. Did resize it to 1280px, the size I use for Facebook, which is what I uploaded here.

Still playing around with this cameras settings, since I bought it a few weeks ago.

Revuenon Spezial 1:2.8 f=35mm on *ist DS

Edit: This isn't Sorbus aucuparia as I had named it in the title but Sambucus racemosa (Red-berried Elder)

Hi glinda, Revuenons are relatively easy to get in Germany because there was a mail order company called Quelle that renamed lenses from different manufacturers to Revuenon. For this reason Revuenons do not have the reputation as original brand lenses. Buying Revuenons is a gamble, you can get an excellent glass or a lemon or anything in between.

I didn’t know that .
Seems like you are a luck-attractor, Simon K.

This is an Olympus camera power supply that works with the *ist DS. I bought it today. I saw one months ago, but didn't buy it, because I had just bought a no-name 6.5 volt PS. That one didn't work though. It must not have output enough power. Taking a picture with that connected, caused the shutter to act like a machine gun.
Today I was at a thrift shop that I rarely go into, and found this power supply

Interesting. Other cross brand items to consider - The Canon wired remote works on these cameras and is a lot less money than the Pentax equivalent! I also have that lens. Build is average but optics are great.
