I'm really glad your camera is in working order again. What fascinates me in your pictures is how you "paint" with light. More than often your subject is very "small", or abstract even, and every time you succeed in making it engrossing in the way you're able to (always) find the light. For me that's really craftsmanship. It's amazing, the way and the extent with which you're able to "see", I really admire that in your art. It seems so small a subject but in the same time it covers eons - it's eternal. No, I'm not exaggerating here, not at all. Thanks a lot for sharing!
wow, thank you for the kind words. appreciate it.

I think this is supposed to be flipped 90.
But I like it better this way .

Is there a setting to auto flip the images on the k100, there may be . But not really important.

Good to hear! If you would loose your camera, it would be even greater loss to us.

Paul you predominantly post photos from your archives, I'm curious about how you choose which folder/photos to look through, or do you just dip in randomly and see what you like? Curious as I always seem to be most interested in the batch of photos I shot most recently!

I wouldn't say predominantly, but I do post quite a few older photos. I have a ton of unprocessed shots from years past, and I'll rummage thru those from time to time. It's fun to stumble upon an overlooked gem!

Pentax *Ist DL (I own two bodies), Sigma Zoom 18-50mm. f/3.5-5.6 DC; photo location: Lijnbaan, Dordrecht, The Netherlands. How I love this camera! I took eight shots today and it really took minimal post-processing: only adjusting the horizon on some pics. Amazing colours by default. And this Sigma Zoom appears to be razor-sharp: it's a nice compact lens.
