Took the Nikon D50 with me on a very clear (and also very cold) morning walk. Nothing special, but the horizon really was this orange. Also tons of vignetting at F4 even on APS-C!

I like it - great catch.
Thanks! That was quite an easy shot - I just looked out the window at the end of my home-office Friday, grasped the camera and pressed the shutter button.

The shot below was much more difficult to take. I knew about the lookout place (was there before), but climbing down the steep and slippery rocks with K100D in one hand was "interesting". This one has been developed in Pentax Photo Lab 3 - it came out a bit more saturated than from RawTherapee.

It’s not a perfect match, but this reminds me of the album cover to Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd.

Yes it's missing a few chimneys, but it kind of has the Pink Floyd vibe. But I guess you're thinking of the album Animals.

Roller coaster?

@paulh Love the luminosity of the blossom, especially in the left part.

Roller coaster? No, just an angle of view. K100D + Sigma 28-300mm F3.5-6.3 DL

I drove across that bridge once, years ago, before you needed a passport.

Huh I guess you are right. I could have sworn that Wish You Were Here looked more like this photograph, except of course for the two men, but apparently I was wrong.

Thanks! The flower was inside, lit by an open window.
