The K-30, K-50, K-500, K-5, K-5II, K-5IIs and K-01 are using the same sensor. So the iso performance is very near to each other. Don't upgrade if you need only better high iso. Upgrade to K5ii if you need the extra performance, build quality and high end features like top lcd.
I've owned both the K-30 and the K-5 II. The K-5 II has noticeably better DR.. the RAWs are far more malleable at lower ISO. At higher they are about the same IIRC.

That makes sense too as the K-30 outputs 12-bit RAW and the K-5 II outputs 14-bit.

I noticed that at 12800 ISO the K 01 File are something of great in grainy look terms meanwhile K 30 does a sort of washed thing...

Now it's more clear what you want to achieve! You should play with the Noise Reduction settings in your camera, the K5 will not help you there. The higher the NR level is set, the more "washed" the pictures look. With less NR applied or NR off, the picture is more grainy but you may find it more acceptable in some cases. You can even set NR level for each ISO value so if you are OK with NR at lower ISO values, just try different NR setting at 12800 to see if it gets better for you or not.

At same NR SETTINGS K01 12800 ISO are FAR better than K30
The same thing at 3200 ISO K 01 Outperform my K30
Until 1600 we get the same thing

Which sensor is perfoming on K 01 the same of K5II?

May I use without problem my SMC A lenses without focus peaking? May I magnificate with K5II for see better details when I'm trying to focuse?
According DXO Mark K5II is one of top notch sensor

You can still use the older lenses, you just won't have focus peaking. Live View with magnification, a magnifying loupe, or a split screen focusing prism will all help. I use LV with magnification with my manual lenses and it's okay, just a slow process.

If shooting in the dark is as much of a priority as it appears to be, get a better lens for that task than the 18-55. A Tamron or Simga 17-50, for instance, with f2.8 across the zoom range would be a good move for a zoom lens that is faster.. Sigma 50 f1.4 EX, Pentax FA 50 1.4, Pentax DA*55 1.4 would all be good at pulling in more light. That DA 50 1.8 is no slouch, though.

For substantially improved ISO performance, save your money to get a K-70. It has a number of other meaningful improvements to offer over the K-30 as well. The price might even come down more after the KS2 is gone.

According to this, the Silkypix 3.0 can only read raws from Pentax Q, K-01 and K-30:
SILKYPIX Developer Studio 3.0 for PENTAX for Windows : Software Downloads | RICOH IMAGING
To just view the raw from the K5 you can try other software, even Irfanview should be able to open it.

Thanks , The seller did not included or LOST the CD ROM CD S-SW132 so I had downloaded to the file Digital Camera Utility 4(K5II) from Ricoh site but during the installation the program ask for the cd rom..and I haven't
I'm on a blind alley .. I would like to use the owner program

Do you know if Irfanview permit among other color setups an effective NR reduction and horizon corrections to .dng K5II raw?

Irfan view is quite limited, but works well for quick edit applications. I would recommend you try rawtherapee, darktable or gimp for free software with the capabilities you are looking for.
