The higher the NR level is set, the more "washed" the pictures look. With less NR applied or NR off, the picture is more grainy but you may find it more acceptable in some cases. You can even set NR level for each ISO value so if you are OK with NR at lower ISO values, just try different NR setting at 12800 to see if it gets better for you or not.
At same NR SETTINGS K01 12800 ISO are FAR better than K30
