Yes for the reasons above and --I'll admit it--the MPs. I crop a lot (and unapologetically--can I help it if I can't afford longer lenses? I can crop out half of a shot and still have a very good pixel-packed photograph

Why the K20D is hands down better:

1) No back or front focusing issues. If there were any, you can adjust it yourself
2) Better AF
3) Better WB control
4) Better resolution and dynamic range from the great sensor
5) Better noise control, especially at high ISOs
6) Colour rendition is better, no more oversaturated reds typical of CCD sensors
7) Jpegs are better straight from the camera
8) Bigger LCD monitor that can be calibrated
9) Better battery life
10) The intervalometer is fun to use
11) Live View may not be perfect but it's there should you need it
12) Quieter

I have owned the K100D, K100D Super and K10D before my present K20D.
Thanks everyone for the great replies. As for this post I quoted, the issues that concern myself are #2, #3 and #7 and maybe #12. I shoot mostly in JPEG because I just don't have the time for post processing. I haven't had issues with #1 or #9. The WB has become an issue occasionally. Low light can also be a problem, though I did get the 50mm 1.4 prime to help out. I shoot mostly with the Tamron 18-250mm and have been very happy with it for my needs. I took some nice photos last week along the north shore around Duluth,Mn by Lake Superior. Some of them are beautiful. If I get a chance ,I'll post a few.

Really no regret to upgrade to K20D
Yes. Better AF, better WB control, Jpegs are better straight from the camera. This is what I feel from my sample photos as below being taken today.
