Shutter Actuations_ New Camera

Would anybody wish to share there thoughts on discovering that their newly purchased camera has already 137 clicks straight out of the box. It was purchased from a well known large online retailer.
Or am I just being pedantic as I guess it could of been pulled off the production line for a std QC inspection.
I also wish Pentax would take it up a level when packaging their camera's. It had quite a bit of dust over the surface of the body, upon opening. More than likely cardboard fibre from the body rubbing on the interior surface of the Box. Easily solved by placing it into a plastic bag before boxing it. The camera in question is a a K70.
