Well I shoot RAW for almost everything now, and for the K20D i shoot RAW+ (only RAW w/ the K10D) because of a lack of RAW support for the K20D and even though ACDsee finaly included it, the colors are wack in preview.
Also shoot RAW+ when using Eye-Fi

Well, I think it's easy to forget just how huge RAW files are sometimes, especially for amateurs.
Depends on the camera. Prior to the K10D, Pentax RAW files were always uncompressed and were indeed *much* larger than JPEG. Since then, though, all PEF fiels are compressed and are not *that* much larger than the highest quality JPEG.

BTW, the issue with the "wack" colors for K20D RAW in ACDSee has been addressed in the brand new Pro 2.5 release (which is a free upgrade for 2.0 owners). However, I still see no K20D RAW defaults file, so I'm suspicious it isn't *totally* settled. And there are a number of issues folks are having with 2.5 in general. So I wouldn't recommend upgrading just yet. But I've been in direct contact with folks over there, and hopefully soon it will all be straightened out.

Just RAW. I wish my camera never came with the option to select JPEG anyway.

Raw and JPEG - but less resolution - 10MP or 6MP. The reason is that sometimes on a trip I want to share photos with another traveler or a relative. I NEED the raw for myself. So my vote was an almost RAW only... The small JPEGs don't take that much more room on a 8GB sdhc card.

By the way - former pro on film.

I voted for amateur - RAW because I use a ist DL and can't shoot RAW + JPEG.
