K200D AF alignment way off

Got a K200D off someone on craiglist for cheap, but all my manual lenses had significant focus issues. I thought it was user error until I stuck on my 50-135mm which was tack sharp on my K3-II and it too was unable to focus. Using the secret debug menu I futzed around with the AF adjustment setting until it started to focus better. After a few hours(!!) of testing, I had to turn it up to +210 in the menu. Has anyone else had this much of a misalignment?

Sounds like that camera has some issues! But, if a menu setting was able to solve it, then I guess you're good to go, right?

It is possible that time has resulted in accumulation of dust/grunge on the outer optics of the AF sensor. A few quick puffs from a rocket blower (don't use canned air inside your camera) onto the sensor face (it is on the bottom of the mirror box facing towards the shutter) may make a world of difference. If that area is particularly dusty, a professional cleaning might be in order.
