Love this thread! Roberts has treated me well also but the best thing is this positive thread among so much, often not very justified, negativity. Thanks to the OP for starting it and the rest of you for adding your positive comments.

This is really good to hear. I have never bought anything from them or even heard of them. Next thing I shop for, I will have to check them out. Having lived most of my life in New York I always shopped B&H and Adorama and got good service from both. Next stop is Roberts website to see what they have to offer.

Same here. I bought my first Pentax K-1 from them and it was a very pleasant experience.

Roberts does a MUCH better job of packing their shipments than either B&H or Adorama.

I've dealt with them online via ebay and had good results. Nice to hear it isn't uncommon.

I was not aware of Roberts, but will keep them in mind when looking for gear. They ship to international customers.

I bought a K-3 from Robert's (on eBay) a couple months ago, and it was a nice transaction. They were very quick to respond, when I realized I'd used the wrong credit card to pay for it. The K-3 looked new and still had adhesive covers on the LCD's. An easy transaction, at a good price, for a really nice camera in new condition with a shutter count in the hundreds... what could be better?

Some honest Hoosiers! If I ever find money to spend on gear, I will be back on their Used Photo Pro site. (The used side of their online sales organization.) Good folks.

That camera I purchased at Roberts was purchased for our honeymoon. The Canon rangefinder camera I had previously been using was drowned on a "romantic" walk we took together a few weeks before. I can't think of anytime I was more interested in spending money on camera equipment than she was.
