dust specs on my K10D sensor? How to clean?

Here is a example of it. I wasn't sure if this was something I could do my self or send it in?

I already tried to use a air blower tool to blow off dust but that didn't fix it.

If you've "blown" and it's still there, you may want to try this but having it cleaned via Pentax may be better/safer...Cleaning Digital Cameras - Introduction

Josh,
Some shops will actually show you how to clean the sensor when you buy a kit from them.
It isn't usually that hard, if you have a steady hand.
