If he pops in here in Chicago I'll get him a dog and a slice, but he needs to hand over the news first.

Thanks, Kenneth! You've been a great ambassador and a highly valued contributor to our little society.

Best of luck! I'm confident that, with your skills, you're able to overcome the drawback of inferior gear

:I hope we won't see less from one of my favorite posters. I'm sure this will be a great career and personal move for you.

Do tout some of the Tamron lenses when you can, especially should the will be available in KAF4 mount.

Best of Wishes!

(And yes, it is not April 1! )

Im with Tamron now. Will use Canon 5D mark iv as main bodies
I'd be interested in hearing any comparisons in experience - I realise you won't be at liberty to say how inferior Tamron lenses are to Pentax () -but user experience of 5Div - we all know the AFis better, but an overall picture. I won't say honest, because I think it's superfluous.

You were a wonderful asset for Pentax as I am sure Tamron knows. I echo the sentiments of the other posters. Thanks and good luck.
So can I have your pentax gear?

I remember when you first showed up here, posting some inside information that you were privy to. Some posters cut you up and shot you down... And then we quickly figured out you were THE best source of information PF has ever had! That is something we may never be able to replace. You will be missed!

C'mon. We all know it was Ricoh's plan from the beginning, to make you convince Tamron to release their lenses in K mount!

Isn't it?

Jokes apart, you'll be missed!
