No. There are new NR options for JPEG processing that can reduce noise, and there is a new analog-digital converter that may or may not reduce noise, and there is the claim that somehow in how all of this was put together, the vertical pattern noise issues that affected some (but not all) K10D's have been eliminated. But the K200D is basically the same at high ISO noise.
Really, in my opinion, both the K10D and K200D are quite good at high ISO. As good as the 6MP cameras when comparing images at the same size. I think most the bad rap the k10D comes form folks who were looking at 100% crops from both cameras, which of course are not the same size at all. Or maybe the K200D really is a little better due to the new ADC, firmware, or whatever. I just know the ihigh ISO images I get from it look as good if not better than those from my DS or my wife's K100D.
