I'm still holding out hope for a K1000 Super Plus Anniversary Edition next year but the grape vine tells me they have no technicians left who can build and design one, they're all digital experts now.

It's 10:30pm, dark, 9.6 deg C outside and raining. What more do you expect from me?

When its too cold to photograph outside, the dreaded "armchair generals" will rise from the coldness and bring on the Pentax apocalypse....

Weather here has never been cold enough to keep me inside - hardly ever gets below zero Fahrenheit, but even that isn't too cold for me and my cameras.

I can deal with cold. I can deal with a little rain. I can deal with cold and a little rain simultaneously. But dark, cold and raining, all at once? I guess I'll just have to miss those particular photo opportunities

We should petition Ricoh for a K10D... with pixel shift. They can announce the new K10D for the 100th celebration of Pentax, with a Legacy camera!

When it gets cold here, the precipitation becomes fluffy white stuff, which typically is less bothersome than rain - it has 1/10-th the density of water and tends not to come down very fast .... with the exception of a little incident back in 1978.
