As I'm used to having two dials (K10D) I can say that I would really miss one of them if I tried a K200D. I usually shoot in Av with front dial for aperture and rear dial for ISO, both of these get used very often. Also I use the AF selection dial a lot.
Also a K10D is better if you've got big hands.
etc. etc. (see above posts...)

I don't think that potential Li-ion battery scarcity is an issue here, the K20D uses the same battery, and third-party makes are really plentiful. Plus I don't think they'll be going out of production anytime soon. Even if they do in the distant future, you can still use the mains adapter in a studio setup (just before the camera finally wears out.)
You can still get batteries for Nokia 3310 mobiles, and they've been discontinued for years.

And neither is rent, bils, etc.

When I make a purchase like this I like to have way more than enough money before I buy it.

flipped which way?

With the K10D I can print out stunning noiseless (and plenty of detail) A4's taken at 1600 ISO.

For sure I run them through Noiseware, a very quick procedure as the noise is actually quite minimal.

Not sure which way you meant or which samples you saw. If you're referring to another thread right now where I posted some of my better pictures from the K200D and someone else posted one of the worst from his K10D, I don't think you can really conclude anything from that. I'd like to see a direct side by side comparison of K10D and K200D, both shooting the same scene with the same settings with the same lens and processed (from RAW) the same way. I'd really be surprised if there was much difference. Comparing pictures of different scenes taken with different lens and different settings and processed differently really can't tell you much.

As mentioned, you'll probably be disappointed picking up a K200D for its high ISO performance (in comparison to the K10D).

If high ISO performance is a feature you're really after, K20D's well worth saving for.
Otherwise, I'll reiterate that my K10D has produced some very acceptable images at ISO 1000+ (as long as exposure was adequate), which has enabled me to get pictures in some hairy lighting situations.
