K20D + Sigma 28-105

Hello,

Currently I have Ist DS with Sigma 28-105mm ASF, but I would like to take a new camera which I can control from the computer with the Pentax remoting program, something like K20D.

My question is:
Will this lens work fine with the K20D and this program? I dont care I cannot control the zoom from the computer, but I wanna take pics and be transferred to the computer instead to the memory card. Does this program work this way?

Yes the lens will work on a K20. Yes the Remote Assistant will allow you to plug the K20 directly into the computer and shoot tethered, with the files going directly to the HDD.
