Have patience! Look how long it took for Pentax to produce its first FF model, but then look how good it is! Since the left-over new K-3 II stock has disappeared, it seems to me it will not be too much longer. If you do get a left-over K-3 II, and than the replacement proves to be a substantial advancement, you might kick yourself for not waiting.

I like that Pentax takes their time, because this indicates a real effort towards a quality product- not just dumping something out there to get money out of pockets. I like that they have delayed the DA* 11-18mm release, because obviously there's been some kind of refining needed.
