Pentax K10D with 18-55mm

All pictures were taken with 18-55 lens. Not bad for a inexpensive lens kit... C&C welcome...Thanks in advance...Mario http://www.flickr.com/photos/28731871@N07/

I'm not an expert. So I don't have and C&C. But I do like your pictures. You've brought the best out of the kit lens.

Thank you. I have a question-- do you like sharpness and contrast of 28-75mm Tamron- I'm thinking about getting one.. It should be better than 18-55mm ...

Honestly, I really think I can live with just this one lens. It's very sharp. I've compared it to DA 35, FA 50, and DA 70. The differences, if any, are not noticeable. It's just a little less contrasty but I shoot RAW and it's real easy to boost the contrast by one notch in your favored RAW processor. I highly recommend this lens.

Which lens, the Tamron or the Pentax?

Am assuming the Tamron

Really on par with the Pentax limiteds- wow that's a huge saving in dosh considering how many Limited's this lens covers.

I am no expert, but I would like to see the unedited pics. The super bright blown out yellows look unnatural and are distracting to me. Otherwise, some really nice pics I think!

Really? All the more impressive, then. The colours are quite pleasing to look at.
