For low light the KP is better and the 3 wheel control is awesome. But for battery life it's disappointing. I would keep the K-3 if the low light performance is enough otherwise the KP sounds better. The K-3 is more reliable too.

I suppose the top lcd and two card slots, but they are not really enough to sway me against better IQ and low light performance from the KP.
I use the bigger grip on the KP, the battery grip helps with balance for my bigger lenses.
I'd say you answered your question, right there. It appears that you definitely prefer the KP.

Unless you really need two bodies, I would sell the K-3 and one of the KP bodies as well.

If you regret it you can get a K-new in a few months

Wow.. what a quandry.. 2 KP's and a K-3.. hmmmm .. I'd keep both KP's for IQ consistency between shooting with 2 bodies using different lenses at the same time... sell the K3 and wait for the new flagship to arrive..!!

I think this person has the right answer.

And I think the arrival of the K-new will certainly blow the K-3 out of the water. Then you can deal with what to do with one or more KPs.

Sandy beat to the punch!

Sell a K3 and a KP unless you want 2 body. If you need to use 2 bodies, sell K3, keep both KP.

BUT, I am using K3 and I like its weight, built and felling in hand more, so I am totally biased toward K3 , I would sell both KP! Because it is still can make more money than a K3 then use that $$$ to buy the new body when it comes out.

Keep the KPs. The K-3 will be replaced with the new APSC flagship. Then you can decide if you'll drop one of your KPs for the new camera.

Retaining two KPs gives you a seamlessly interchangeable tandem and better image quality, particularly at high ISO. The K-3 has the sturdier build, better ergonomics, deeper buffer, and dual card slots. But with the K-3 (II) successor already on the horizon, it's actually a no-brainer IMO. (And you seem to have made your decision by now anyway.)

I like DLH's suggestion. Except for weight, everything is better on the K-1. Well, price too I suppose

Kp has a smaller battery unless you want to use the grip. I hate the battery juggling I have to do with mirrorless cameras.

I would say keep the two KPs. That way if you have a long lens on one, and a wide on the other, you can change cameras without thinking. Not that it's a big adjustment switching between a KP and a K-3. But the other big advantage is your batteries are interchangeable, in case your spare is flat and you really need to get that last shot!
