Not a problem. I have my smallest DSLR, the K-S2 in black, also my more full-size K-5 IIs in black. The silver KP's finish is of the more brushed, subtle non-reflective style. I've never seen any reflections emit from it.
Not likely to draw special attention. I've not seen people around me paying attention any more than with my other cameras. Not to forget the silver version has a lot of black surface as well. But of course anything all black can be drawn back into the shadows to the greatest degree for "stealth", yet many "stealth" animals have two-tone bright and dark coats.
I think it is a big bulky camera with a big bulky lens that tends to draw attention regardless of color.
