As Adam says, you could use it towards something bigger- like a lens. Your kit has no wide angle FOV. Several ways to address that. The least expensive would be a small kit lens. There's the little old standard, Pentax 18-55mm WR which operates with the usual screw-driven AF and has decent capability and would fill in your zoom range.
But if you can find a good deal on the smallest, the Pentax DA 18-50mm f/4-5.6 DC WR RE lens would be better. It is uncannily small, which makes it a great companion on the K-S2. The RE means retractable for carrying. It is so small releasing the retracted lens is a little fiddly, but I got used to it. DC means it has a quiet, and accurate DC motor for AF. WR means it is weather-resistant, like your camera body. Good in case it gets drippy when you are shooting. It can also deliver very good image quality. Here in the US, I noticed B&H is running a sale with 33% off the original price of that lens, which was around $300 USD so maybe you could find a good deal on Amazon. You can actually get this combo into a large jacket pocket- with a zoom lens, mind you!
Another fine Pentax zoom lens is the DA 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 DC WR which is quite compact for such a zoom range, and also very well built.
Otherwise, for super-wide angle, I recommend the Sigma 10-20mm f/3.5 EX DC HSM.
