Nice lupine, @paulh!
Thanks - it's called bluebonnet in Texas, and in April, it's everywhere. Here's a couple more from the same outing, same camera. Lovely light in your photo!

Thanks, didn't know that. Lupinus texensis. Looks nice so mixed with those little yellow flowers.

The K100D wetland panorama below has been stitched from five Asahi Pentax SMC 24/2.8 vertical shots.

Tuberous Begonia in late afternoon sun, similar to a photo I recently posted to the K10 thread. This has only been resized and resampled, otherwise being straight out of the little Jpg only Optio A30. The sun here is often very strong and directional, casting deep shadows that help highlight bright colors.

Just a snap from Mar 2014, Canon Powershot SD1100 IS. I can't believe I've had that camera so long!

Love that intense blossom colour and the Zeiss 35/2 work.
The scene with ducks is really soothing!

As for the collage below - I used that lens for only one weekend back in 2017 and didn't like it much (too much aberrating and a tad soft).
So here's a sample of its colour rendering on a K10D-like 10 MPix CCD sensor.

@paulh: Beautiful colours!

As for cloudscapes - this one has been stitched from ten 16mm verticals, colours rendered on a K100D CCD sensor.

My new to me, old 645D arrived today. I really wanted to own the CCD sensor body - even though it is 8 years old and superseded by the 645z now.

Here are my first pictures from walking around in the yard with the 45- 85mm zoom attached. Getting used to the "weight" and difference in handling vs. a dslr will take some time.

JPEGs SOOC with a little crop, the third picture is a near 100% crop of the second.

Very nice. I really don't need to start the search for a 645-anything...
