It was an interesting technology, but the physical limitations of the old and small sensors were a stronger factor. Nice daisies.
Thanks!
I have to say that when it comes to small sensors the X-trans in the X20/X30 and XQ1/XQ2 seems quite superior to everything else, including the EXR and the super-CCD...

In that last picture, these are thick walls! Is that to protect from the cold in the winter?

Without a lamp though! But it nicely shows the bokeh of that Helios lens.
Hmm, would be electrifying experience to change the bulb, itīs at the middle of the old ski jump tower

@ChristianRock, @Jan178: Thanks. The last picture is from the Stockholm Skansen (a sort of open-air museum). That lady asked us not to use camera flash (as it might discolour things) so it was photographed handheld 1/10s without IS.

Here's a couple old photos of my bike I stumbled upon, taken about 10 yrs ago with a Canon SD1100 IS. One of my favorite bike routes...

Nice. My last steel frame bicycle years ago was Gary Fisher which is a Trek brand.
Thanks, K100D with Sigma 28-300 is a quite heavy companion (I was also considering Pentax/Tamron 18-270, which is much more lightweight) but I like the results, especially when the lens is stopped down enough, its sharpness is too much even for the K100D AA filter.

Indeed! Fortunately we're completely without that white stuff and I hope not to see it at least until December! Nice colours.

Received a new/old 55-110mm Fa lens today, just had to try it out on the 645D, even though it was a cloudy, hazy kind of a day.
I find the range useful, light, sharp, and focuses to 2.5 ft or so; only drawback is it is "slow"- f 5.6 max.

Shots like those are going to put me on the hunt for a 645D. Well...at least on the hunt for the money for one...
