I got a call from UPS today saying that they would be delivering a package tomorrow, and I needed to be here to sign... So how long will it take to charge the battery on my new K20D?

2 or 3 hours . . . it is a long time when you are wanting to try that sucker out.

personally i think its the owners bidding on their own product, just under a different user name,
E Bay is nothing like it use to be.

strange though, Amazon is selling the K10D for $200.00 more than the K20D

I got my K20 a couple days ago. I just saw buydig has them for $749.** with 3 year warranty, gadget bag, 4GB SanDisk memory card, adn free shipping. I guess I should have waited a little while longer, especially since it's been raining here for 2 days.

All I need is a rebate or decent gift card and I'm pulling the trigger....

Yep that is what I am waiting for. The best thing with me is I have a $100 gift card from amazon!

If no rebates shows up on Dec 1st, I will bite the bullet and buy it at whatever price it will be on the first of the month. I hope it don't go up.

Interesting. Seems like on Amazon, the camera's price is dropping around 10 bucks every 2 or 3 days. As I wrote in an earlier reply, I've never been able to get excited about this camera, but if the current pricing trend holds or (one hopes) accelerates for another few weeks, my feelings may change.

I love my K10D and really have no desire to upgrade except that I would like a second body in the same class as he K10D...obviously a step up would be good. I think I will wait until that K3* comes out and the price of the K20D drops even more. I certainly am not going to shell out $1300 for the K30. I just don't need alot more camera when what I have does the job and it treats me so well. I've become so familiar with it's workings that starting with another camera almost feels like cheating on it!

Of course there is always "bell-and-whistle" envy!

Is the price drop finally slowing down? (at least for bhphoto.com). Today the price is 783.95. I could of swear yesterday it was 769.99.

But the price did go down $1 at amazon.com to 752.99
