That is a nice discussion I've never noticed before. Here goes:

Optical performances of the K-1
Ergonomics and user controls of the K-1
Size of the KP
Tilting screen of the K-1
Full frame
AF tracking a la Sony
Video capabilities of modern mirrorless (not that I care but the market does)

And let's not forget decently marketed
This. Paired with weather sealed silent tracking AF limiteds. I'll be set for life with a setup like this

That sounds like a Pentax Q.

Weather sealed Limited?

I have been wishing for this for so long! Don't touch anything optically (throw in a silent motor if you want) but add weather sealing.

A K-1with:1) Full frame sensor with IBIS, pixel shift, & astrotracer2) Sensor tilting mechanism3) Hybrid viewfinder: OVF for most framing and composition tasks but integrated flip-in EVF for reviewing shots without taking the camera from my eye4) 4 dedicated e-dials (2 for the index finger, 2 for the thumb): Shutter, Aperture, ISO, and Exposure Compensation with auto/program behavior if you press-down on the dial5) Shutter programming system for combining bracketing/HDR, pixel shift, intervals, etc.6) Built-in focus stacking
I am on with all of these from photopomist, PLUS ISOs down to 25, built in radio slave (pocket wizard?), flash sync to 250 sec (possible???).

I wouldn't mind getting the latest HD coatings, apparently they are better in controlling some of the CA which I will greatly appreciate for the 77 Ltd

Good point, so let's agree to WR, HD coatings, and no other change
