It would have helped if you had said how low the price is. Incidentally I'd be more interested in the condition of the camera than if it was an ii vs. iis, if that would open up more possibilities for you. And depending on what you use the camera for, a first-generation K-5 might be just as good and possibly less expensive. I have both and for my typical use there isn't much difference. Of course given all other factors the same, I'd choose an ii-generation.
