trouble in photlaboratory

every time I try to set a greypoint, the program crashes. It is version 3.10

Anybody have a solution?

Hey Chals,

I remember the problem being posted here some time ago. I'd give the thread a read and try the fixes there. Here's the link.

One of the fixes that were suggested is that if you have NTFS file system on your computer, pop the files into a folder that all users can access. I'd just create a folder in the root of the drive (C: or D: ) called Photos and pop them there.

I think long filenames has something to do with the crashing too.
