I received this response from Tamron this morning when I asked about their new 10-24mm zooom:

Not at this time. We expect it to be here before the end of the year but Japan has not given a definite date at this time.

I am tempted to hold off buying an ultrawide until this zoom becomes available (or at least, until there are some reviews of it)
