I can't speak for the K10D, but the eyecup M fits the *istD. Pentax dose not change the eyepiece to quickly, so it should fit.

The O-ME53 magnifying eyecup works with all PENTAX DSLR bodies offering 1.2 times magnification over the entire image field. This magnification is ideal for critical focusing and when using manual focus lenses.

Adorama in the US sells it for $34.95 and you can get it from a Japaneese EBay seller for $24.95 and low cost shipping.

It also fits both of my MZ-series film bodies. I haven't tried it on the K1000 yet.

Would this accessory work well for eyeglass wearers?

It works pretty well for me with glasses on. However, the main reason I bought it is so that my face won't stick to the LCD of my K100D when I take a picture. The O-ME53 sticks out more than the eyecup that came with the camera.

No this is not what I was asking about. Rather:

Pentax Price : $ 13.50

Availability : In Stock

I tried the magnifying eyecup but it makes it very difficult to see the edges of the frame unless you smash your eye hard to the rubber. I assume this is because of the fairly short high point design? Or something to this affect.
