I'm not sure what you mean by manual light metering.

If you're asking if you can manually calibrate the K10D's light meter, then no, I don't believe that you can.

This is M mode.
1.Switch you camera into M.
2.Set desired aperture with the front wheel.
3.Adjust shutter speed with the thumb wheel until meeter in the view finder will zero. (Or press green button and camera will do it for you)

The K10D does a manual metering mode for exposure, it's M (Hyper Manaual Mode) on the dial, is this what you mean.
