Any one have both the K20d and K2000/Km? I'm interested in the possibility of a Km as a small "street camera" using a ltd prime. I need to find one to see about ergos...

well to be honest that's hard to say. if I were to base it on the most use I would say the MX. but for pure joy and love I would say the Spotmatic. however I haven't had the 6x7 long enough to include it so that could change in the future.

the Spotmatic though does have a certain magic to it, that I love very much. I have several spotmatic flavors as well as other K mount cameras, all of which do not get enough use.

Me, me. That's exactly how I use mine - the K-M wears the FA 35 f/2 indoors and usually the 43ltd outside.

I actually haven't done any street shooting with it here yet because it's blasted cold.

I also use it for street photography, and is great paired with my MX. though my K-m tends to wear the SMC Takumar 55mm1.8 or on occasion the smc-M 50mm 1.7 which is almost a pancake itself.

I am planning for the white camera. And the storm trooper white camera has led me to abandon my Nikon D90 plan and Master Yoda has steered me away from Nikon Dark Forces. Please excuse the silly story behind my planning.

Am I ready? No! That really depends on the pricing and that what Prodigal2000 have in store for a bargain. I am serious about the white camera as a travel and backup system. I even venture to get new lens that tries to match its color scheme

Please give me that white camera for cheap. I can't wait.....

I really want the white K2000, but I just bought a K200... so we'll see. If the 2 lens kit comes in at $700 or> then it'll be hard not to get one.

Even though I have the K200 as a backup to the K20, the K2000 still tempts me, as it would be easier to carry than the K200. Has anybody used both the K200 and the K2000? If so, what did you think?
