Can't get image to load in preview window. An error message pops up indicating preview unavailable. This is vs. 3.10 which came with my K10d. Was trying to load raw PEF files to edit. Any ideas?

I will have to go back to using Photoshop I guess.

Sorry to say. There's been a lot of reported problems with the Pentax Photo Lab program. I would try to reinstall the program first because I had the problem on my first go and that resolved it. Hope that works for you.

Had something to do with PPL3 crashing when making adjustments to the white balance in raw files.

I've been using Picasa for stuff that I post here or send to friends. I'm planning to use Bibble for other stuff.
