How do u change iso with just one hand and w/o removing ur eye from the viewfinder?

heheheh it was difficult for me to figure this out at first, now is natural. A iso button would be great!

that's an easy one... just go to custom settings and "e-dial" settings and you can set either the front or back dial to ISO depending on whatever mode you're in.

In AV or TV mode, I use the front dial for ISO and back dial for AV or TV. No need to push ok.

I use the front dial for exposure comp in av mode. Works great as long as the lens has "A" electrical contacts. If it doesn't have to use +- button on back of camera.
thanks

Now if there was a way to switch from optical dof preview/live view without menu driving.

wow, didn't know that one yet, thank you. I'm using from e-dial for ISO in Av mode and +/- button for Ev adjust, but with M lenses this will come very handy, I was always getting annoyed that I couldn't change the ISO "on the fly" when in M mode, this revelation puts an end to it...
Thank you
BR

Thank you! I don't use the ISO shift enough to justify assigning one of the dials to it but that little stunt will get some use.

now if there was for whitebalance, that would be cool... but yes I know, if you shoot raw then it wont matter because you can change it during post etc etc

that's probably why they didn't make any shortcuts for it!

The OK+eDial is really helpful when shooting in manual. The OK+Green button for auto ISO in the other modes is fantastic (learned it here a few weeks ago) when I've been playing with the settings in manual.
