Pentax K10D Question

Hello,

I have a quick question about my K10D.

When I move the camera from horizontal shooting to vertical shooting, I feel/hear a little clunk.

In the playback menu, there is an option for auto image rotation for vertical shots, so is the clunk kind of a sensor on whether it's a vertical or horizontal shot?

I'm just wondering if it's a normal thing or if I should get Pentax to take a look at it and fix it?

All you K10D/K20D owners, does yours do this?

The clunk is likely the shake reduction mechanism being moved.
The auto image rotation is for playback on the LCD only. If you have it on it will show you the portrait mode shot in the LCD the right way on the screen with black bars to the right and left of the image (so you don't have to tilt your head, or the camera, to view it proper).

It is SR mechanism. Nothing to worry about.
