Loose buttons on K20d

Recently picked up a K20d and have noticed the 4 way controler and ok buttons have quite a bit of wobble. Normal or should it be exchanged? The buttons work fine but I'm concerned about future durability if it is not the norm. OCD about ergonomics can be a terrible thing...

I think that's normal, and because of the weather sealings. I had used my daughter's K100D a little before I got my K10D, and noticed that the four-way controller felt "loose" compared to that on the K100D.

Also the four way wheel on the K10D/K20D has additional feature(focus mode selection) than the K100D series.

I doubt they would replace a camera for that. Repair is more likely.

Normal.

Also it is the only ergonomic gripe I have with the camera (aside from no AF button on the BG2 grip)...
