New Sensor's for Nikon, Pentax & Sony

There will be some interesting developments in the utilization of new sensor technologies integrated in to the next generation of Dslr's coming out in the near future.

They found out how to produce high DR sensors like Fuji without breaking patent and incresing the pixel size on APSC chips to reduce noise? That would be news!

Well, It sure is good to know that the position I took several months back on sensor direction seems to be quite accurate. From what else I know (sorry, think I know ) from discussions with people in the field during the past 5 months, is that it will be a hot time in the old town....before the next six month have passed.

Ahhhh, let the good times roll. The deliverance is at hand.

<speculation degree=rampant>That said, Sony has a large investment in CMOS sensor technology, and it wouldn't be terribly surprising to see that trickling in to models in the coming year or next. </speculation>
