Shooting with mirror up

Is it possible on K100 or K10 to shoot with the mirror in locked up position? I've looked through the manuals and searched the pentax support and forum sites. If so, what am I missing?

The 2s timer (in the Fn-menu) locks up the mirror.

The "B" setting must be for this purpose, I think.

Under the function menu you can set the pentax cameras to 2 sec mirror lockup, and if you have a K10D and the pentax wireless remote, or a similar remote that will fire the camera (some testing is required) you can set it to 3 sec remote release and it will lock the mirror up.
