Oops. I dropped my K10D

While in Japan last week, I dropped my K10D. At the time, it was wearing its 43mm limited.

The rear of the camera now has several "bruises" along with a 1/2" crack on the lower left side of the backplate, (just to the left of the screen).

Anyone send one in for repairs yet? Cost?

Dunno about the costs. Several people have sent in K10D bodies already for repair. There is the little issue regarding the built-in flash... I've heard you can pay an "expedite fee" of something like $30 to get it back in a week. Otherwise it takes a month or a little longer. The good news is that people who paid the fee were getting new bodies back in return -- although that is not promised.
