Custom WB and polarizer?

When setting a custom WB, should I have my polarizer on or off my lens?

Well, I noticed that you have a warming polarizer in your signature. If that's the one you're talking about while adjusting the WB, if you want to keep the warming feature, I would leave it off during the adjustment. If you did while leaving it on, all you would have is a polarizer and no warming effect. I have one of those goofy blue/yellow polarizers that I use on a rare occasion. If I custom WB with it on (it's got an awful magenta cast to it) it super saturates all the color without clipping - It's really quite a nice effect if it fits what I'm shooting.
