ist* DL vs K-M

I have a K20D, want to get smaller body to carry around, I was think about DL or K-M, i know both are similar in size and weight, and K-M is better overall, but i mostly use it with manual lenses with bright light environment. I just looking for image quality comparison between the two. so how much better is K-M, is it worth to spend that $200+ on a K-M, or i should get a nice condition DL(around $200) with some extras cash for another new lens. thanx all

I have no experience with the K-m, but I do have the *ist DL and love it. Got mine with kit lens, Sigma AF 100-300, Eneloop batteries & charger, and LowePro bag - all for $250. Shutter count was < 500. I just couldn't pass it up. I have a split-prism screen coming because I use MF lenses primarily as well.
