K100D no flash performance once tungsten is set

Hi again

This is sort of part 2 to the other question.

If I buy this camera for my girlfriend with the standard lens, how good is the indoor performance under "normal" lighting as far as sharpness, etc once the white point compensation is set to tungsten.

she sometimes like taking shot in gyms etc where the lighting is good, but the flash will not reach that far.
also I was hoping to keep the flash off for some candid in the house pics.

I realise it all depends on the "F" stop etc, but just a general idea is great.

also, would the Museum preset work well under the conditions I explained above?

Any comments and or pics posted to help would be a lot of help

thanks again all, as this (for me) is a big purchase.

we had a motor show on last week, took this with the K100D and kit (sigma 18-50mm lens), at widest aperture, no flash:

This one I acutally program shifted it to -0.5EV to darken the car:

the lighting conditions within a motorshow are quite strong and white :

And heres a normal camera-metered shot (everything auto):

Not sure how closely it'd match to your gym conditions.
