I would suggest that there may be a remote possibility of the flash storage capacitor retaining sufficient charge as to burn the end of your finger slightly and make you swear (or, even worse, drop the camera), but there oughtn't to be any other voltage of that magnitude in there.
Under normal circumstances, the capacitor ought to be bled when switched off, but, under fault conditions, this might not happen. This is a generic answer, BTW, as I am not familiar with the circuitry of the K100d, but I don't see any need for high voltage otherwise.
Use your multimeter across the capacitor first, set to DC Volts, before sticking your fingers on it!
