That's one of the less known fact about Pentax cameras... (even Bojidar Dimitrov does not state this about the MZ line in his Pentax "encyclopedia"!!!).
Only the K10D, K20D and K-7 (and some old film cameras) are designed to have user interchangable focusing screens (i.e. easy to do). Some cameras, such as the K100D and K200D have focusing screens that can be removed, but it is not an "easy" process, and not something Pentax recommends except for trained personel. It can be done, but unless you are mechanically inclined, I would suggest avoiding it.
