K20D AF disappointed me at a recent wedding, even with SDM. Go for the K-7 as it's mostly the camera that's the limiting factor.

I find K20 to have pretty decent auto focus, the one place where it could really improve is in continuous mode. In particular, I notice a huge improvement with my FA 50 on it, versus on my K10. Others are probably right, the K-7 is going to please you more than the others on your list.
